The Store Manager provides team members with the guidance and information they need to perform their jobs to the highest standard. They are responsible for maintaining store operations and communicating issues and needs to the District Manager (DM) and ownership when needed. They also support consistent customer service and monitor the store's financial performance.

The Assistant Manager provides all Bowl Reps with guidance and information on performing their jobs to the highest standard in the absence of the Store/Lead/District Manager. They are responsible for maintaining store operations and communicating issues and needs to upper-level Management when needed while also supporting consistent customer needs through cashiering and answering questions.
